We can confidently quote you our fixed price with expected completion in a maximum of 5 months.

The fixed project price includes the following:

  • One new Shaker-style kitchen with quartz countertops.
  • One new bathroom has a tiled floor, bathtub, and tiled surround.
  • All vanities and accessories.
  • All new fire separation and framing.
  • One egress window.

Our renovation includes all NEW:

  • Electrical.
  • Plumbing.
  • Insulation and soundproofing.
  • Drywall
  • Paint
  • Millwork, baseboards, casings, doors and hardware
