Founder Lee Pollock is a serial entrepreneur with a highly successful track record of investing, rehabilitating, financing, and managing large multifamily properties including high-rise apartment complexes. 

Lee is the Co-founder and CEO of Wyse Construction Group, which employs 20 full-time skilled construction staff, and 4 full-time admin staff that specializes in working with investors and converting properties into income-generating properties Lee is also a highly successful real estate investor with over 20 residential investment properties and 4 commercial properties in JV partnerships which translates to over 80 doors. 

Lee is also a husband of 24 yrs and the father of two amazing kids that he keeps very active.
